I’m Chris, a South-Manchester (UK) based “good beer” nerd, who also happens to be an aspiring homebrewer, brewing under the name of Sick Swan Brewery.

I’ve been tracking down great beers and belting places to sup for a good few years now, thanks in particular to a group of beer and Manchester City-centric friends (you know who you are).

I may write about beer, pubs, breweries and homebrew on here, but it’ll all just be for a bit of a laugh, so don’t take anything too seriously!
